I am Morgan Stevens, an experienced Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with a biology background, real research experience, and a doctorate in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning and Leading. That combination means I bring both scientific credibility and deep learning theory to every project.
Before moving into instructional design, I worked as a Research Associate at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute and spent years in the classroom teaching AP Chemistry. I know what it takes to translate hard science into something people can actually understand and use.
Today I channel that background into designing learning experiences that drive real behavior change. From equipping pharma sales reps to have more confident, credible conversations, to helping medical teams navigate complex clinical content, I build learning that sticks because I understand the science behind both the subject matter and how people learn.
