Job Aids are valuable resources that can complement training solutions or function independently, helping learners streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Sourcing and Vetting Au Pairs
Purpose: This three-step guide serves as a reminder of the Family Needs Process, providing consultants with a clear reference to the company's standardized linear process for vetting an Au Pair for a client family.
Modality: A printable graphic was chosen for its convenience, allowing match consultants to easily reference it as needed.
Usage: Consultants are expected to use the graphic as a quick reference to reinforce their eLearning training and recall the company's au pair vetting process.
