Design Documents
Design Documents offer a high level overview of the eLearning course components, including deliverables and evaluation criteria.
Purpose: The team of Assistant Regional Sales Managers is underperforming, with 75% of sales representatives providing negative feedback in an anonymous corporate survey regarding 1:1 meetings and feedback sessions. The objective is to enhance the delivery of constructive feedback during performance reviews and reduce the percentage of negative feedback in corporate reviews to under 10%.
Audience: Five assistant regional managers overseeing teams of 3-5 sales representatives each. These directors provide performance reviews for each member of their team.
Key Learning Objectives:
Deploy the “sandwich” approach for communicating feedback (negative feedback surrounded by positive input).
Demonstrate active listening techniques when engaged in dialogue with the employee who is receiving their review by adapting feedback, body language, etc. based on how the employee is responding.

Purpose: Match specialists report spending 30 hours on sourcing and vetting an Au Pair per family. The goal of the training is to reduce time spent by 1/3 at approximately 20 hours total.
Audience: Matching specialist consultants employed by the Au Pair matching service company, Au Pair Connect. There are 6 matching specialists on the team that have been contracted for 2 years and they are all female. The company will also be onboarding new specialists as they grow.
Key Learning Objectives:
Identify potential candidates through approved sources.
Select top candidates for interviewing by following the Family Needs Process.

Purpose: Enhance the effectiveness of bloodborne pathogen training at Knotty Pines Senior Community, where the current training method (basic worksheets) is not engaging or practical, which can lead to poor knowledge retention and inadequate application of safety procedures.
Audience: Staff at Knotty Pines who are involved in custodial, nursing, and rehabilitation care.
Key Learning Objectives:
Identify how bloodborne pathogens are transmitted.
Reduce risks by taking standard precautions.

Purpose: Captains worry more about the anglers’ experience enjoying themselves and neglect to put safety first. Avoidable safety incidents are occurring. To date there has been 1 avoidable safety incident on every other charter. The goal is to reduce this to zero avoidable safety incidents.
Audience: All captains employed by Jimmy’s Charters. There are four rotating captains. They are seasonal employees and blue collar workers. Captains have a wide variety of boating experience. Some have just become a Captain and others have been a captain and running a trotline for decades.
Key Learning Objectives:
Adhere to the regulations for operating and running a crabbing charter.
Select the ideal day to crab.
Identify a safe crabbing location.
Run a trotline safely.

Storyboards
A Storyboard offers a low level, detailed breakdown of each slide, including visual/display descriptions, slide text, narration/voiceover script, and animation/interaction walkthroughs.
This storyboard features Web Objects (resource tab), Text Variables, Branching-Scenario, Tabs Interaction, Slider, Click to Reveal, Conditional Triggers, States and Layers, Timed Animations, Customized Motion Paths, Custom Quiz Review Layers, Performance Based Quiz, and JavaScript to make it all cohesively work together.

This storyboard features dynamic elements such as name variables for a personalized learner experience, an animated accordion with motion paths, interactive click-to-reveal components, a custom drag-and-drop knowledge check, and a JavaScript-powered confetti effect for a celebratory touch.

This storyboard combines animations, PowerPoint graphics, Canva images, and audio generated with ElevenLabs. Designed as a microlearning module, it guides Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers through key red flags when hiring for remote roles. The inspiration for this project came from real stories shared by family and friends about encountering imposters in the hiring process.

This storyboard combines animations, Canva images, and audio generated with ElevenLabs and TopMediai. Designed as a microlearning, it provides a situation employees can see themselves in and gives them a framework for how to disengage from workplace toxicity that might occur.

AI-driven learning experiences are evolving at an unprecedented pace, delivering increasingly sophisticated and high-quality training solutions. This storyboard integrates talking avatars, videos, animations, and programming to enhance Part 1 of the onboarding training for Sourcing and Vetting Au Pairs, titled "Interviewing a Host Family." It offers a comprehensive guide for consultants, equipping them with the tools to navigate family onboarding effectively and identify key qualities and needs to match them with the ideal Au Pair.
