Hi, I'm Morgan and my career has not followed a straight line, and I think that's exactly the point. A research background at the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute under a Department of Defense contract, years in the classroom teaching AP Chemistry and Biology, a doctorate in education from Northeastern, and now instructional design leadership across sales enablement, compliance training, and LMS administration for science-based industries — that combination is what makes the difference. As an analyst by nature and fueled by facts, I can diagnose what's actually going wrong, and also build the system that fixes it.
That scientific grounding shows up everywhere in my work. I know how to translate hard science and technical complexity into something people can actually understand and use, whether that's a biology curriculum adopted across 14 high schools or a sales simulation library built around real-world product knowledge. I've stood up full onboarding curricula and sales enablement programs from scratch, led and developed instructional designers and trainers, and audited programs that looked fine on paper but weren't moving the needle. I bring that same clarity to ambiguous, fast-moving environments: competing stakeholders, undefined problems, cross-functional teams. I ask the questions that get to the root of it, connect the people who should be talking to each other, and move quickly without sacrificing quality or accessibility standards. As a former Division 1 athlete, I know how to grind and get things done.
